Transparency is part of the trust we build with our members. Below you will find how we handle your data and the terms that govern use of this site.
Privacy Policy
When you submit a booking request, membership enquiry, or introduction, we collect your name, email address, and the details you choose to share — preferred dates, locations, practitioners, and any notes. If you join the mailing list, we store your email address and communication preferences.
We use your information solely to respond to your request, coordinate sessions or retreats, and — only if you have opted in — share occasional club updates, residency announcements, and retreat openings. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Your data is stored through our secure backend infrastructure with access limited to the Mon Nii concierge and authorized practitioners. We use encryption in transit and maintain strict confidentiality as part of the club’s design.
We use only the cookies and analytics necessary to keep the site secure and to understand how visitors move through the experience. We do not use invasive tracking or advertising pixels.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to concierge@monnii.club. You may also unsubscribe from club communications by clicking the link at the bottom of any email.
We retain booking and enquiry records only as long as necessary to fulfill your request, comply with legal obligations, and maintain the integrity of the membership circle. When data is no longer needed, it is securely removed.
Terms of Use
Submitting a request through this site is an expression of interest, not a confirmed reservation. The concierge will reply personally to confirm availability, practitioner, location, and any next steps. A booking is only confirmed once both parties agree in writing.
Membership is extended at the discretion of Mon Nii following a personal review. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee membership, and membership may be declined or revoked to preserve the integrity of the circle.
We understand that plans change. For individual sessions, we request at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Retreat deposits and cancellation terms are specific to each journey and will be shared at the time of invitation.
Mon Nii is a private sanctuary by design. Members and guests are expected to honor the confidentiality of other members, practitioners, and retreat locations. Disruptive or disrespectful conduct may result in declined future access.
All photography, copy, design, and branding on this site are the property of Mon Nii or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Healing and wellness services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Mon Nii and its practitioners are not liable for any health outcomes. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.
We may update this page from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent update appears at the bottom of this page.
